Summary

This observational study looks at how radiotherapy for anal cancer affects women's vaginal and sexual health. About 80 women who completed chemoradiotherapy 6 to 36 months ago will have a gynecological exam, fill out questionnaires, and allow analysis of their radiation scans. The goal is to link radiation dose to vaginal problems and improve future support and care.
