First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs, AMT116 and ivosimab, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors. About 118 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and finding the right dose.
