New study aims to crack the code on cancer drug resistance

NCT ID NCT07259226

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how well certain markers in tumors can predict whether a type of targeted cancer treatment called antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) will work. About 400 adults with advanced breast, stomach, bladder, or lung cancer will provide tumor samples before and after treatment. The goal is to understand why some cancers become resistant to these drugs, which could help doctors choose better treatments in the future.
