Dialysis patients get muscle boost from amino acids and exercise

Summary
This study tests whether taking essential amino acid supplements and doing exercise can improve muscle strength and function in people on hemodialysis who have muscle loss (sarcopenia). About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the supplements plus exercise or standard care. The goal is to see if this combination can help them get stronger and move better.
