Summary
This early-stage study tested an experimental drug called AMG 133, given as injections under the skin, in 120 adults who are overweight or have obesity. The main goal was to understand how the drug moves through and stays in the body after multiple doses. Researchers also closely monitored participants for any side effects or immune reactions to the drug.
