First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether amantadine, a drug already used for flu and Parkinson's, can help people recover after a stroke. Sixty adults who had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke will receive either amantadine or a placebo for one month.
