Summary
This study is creating a large database to understand how different medical care and lifestyle approaches affect Alzheimer's disease risk and progression. It will follow over 450 adults who are either at risk for or already have memory problems, collecting health data over time. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors and patients make better decisions about dementia prevention and care.
