Summary
This study is for adults 18 and older who have a family history of Alzheimer's or early memory concerns. Researchers will measure participants' health, blood markers, and thinking skills every six months to see how personalized care plans might help prevent or treat Alzheimer's. The goal is to learn which approaches work best for different people.
