New study aims to speed up Alzheimer's trials for people with down syndrome

Summary

This study is creating a group of 120 to 550 adults with Down syndrome (ages 25-55) who are ready to join future Alzheimer's clinical trials. Researchers will track their thinking skills, genetics, and brain changes over time to find the best ways to measure Alzheimer's progression in this group. The goal is to make future prevention trials faster and more effective.
