Summary

This study uses special brain scans to measure and track a protein called amyloid in the brains of 800 people. It includes adults with and without memory problems who are already part of an Alzheimer's research center. The goal is to understand how amyloid buildup relates to the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and memory decline over time.
