This study tests whether switching between two different drug combinations (Dara-RVd and Tec-RVd) is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. About 65 participants will receive alternating cycles of these therapies. The goal is to achieve undetectable disease levels (MRD negativity) after six cycles.
