First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether playing alternative sports (korfball, flag football, kin-ball, ultimate frisbee) during physical education classes can improve motor skills, fitness, and enjoyment in 210 healthy primary school students. Over 8 weeks, one group will play these sports while the other follows the usual curriculum. Researchers will measure changes in strength, endurance, coordination, and how much kids enjoy being active.
