Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called ALTA3263 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer) that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 188 people who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
