Summary

This study aims to find and validate biological markers (biomarkers) in blood, urine, and spinal fluid from people with ALS and related disorders. The goal is to better understand the diseases and create tools to measure if future experimental treatments are working. It involves 610 participants, including people with ALS and healthy volunteers, who will be followed over time.
