This trial tests whether listening to alpha-frequency binaural beats—a type of auditory stimulation that may promote relaxation—can reduce pain and anxiety after orthodontic separator placement. Participants aged 15-30 with mild crowding will be randomly assigned to either listen to a 5-minute binaural beat audio or rest quietly after the procedure.
