First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called ALN-HTT02 in 66 adults with early-stage Huntington's disease. The drug is given as a single injection into the spine to see if it is safe and how it affects the body. Researchers will also measure levels of the harmful huntingtin protein in spinal fluid. The goal is to find a treatment that controls the disease, not cure it.
