Heart valve showdown: which replacement works best for failing surgical valves?

Summary
This study compares two types of replacement heart valves (Allegra and Sapien) in people whose surgically implanted aortic valve has stopped working properly. About 104 adults with symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath will be randomly assigned to get one of the two valves. The goal is to see which valve does a better job at improving blood flow through the heart.
