Mindfulness app may help teens drink less

Summary
This study is testing two ways to help teenagers reduce their alcohol use. Both groups get a short counseling session with their doctor. One group also gets a smartphone app that teaches mindfulness. The study will follow 1,500 teens for a year to see which approach works better.
