Summary

This study tests a 4-session counseling program to help people with tuberculosis (TB) and HIV reduce unhealthy alcohol use. The program is added to regular TB and HIV care in India. Researchers will check if it lowers drinking and improves TB and HIV health outcomes. About 450 adults with TB and HIV who drink heavily are being recruited.
