New program aims to prevent falls in assisted living

Summary
This study tests a fall prevention program called AL-STEADI in seven assisted living centers. About 700 residents who are at risk of falling will either receive the program or standard care. Researchers will track how many falls occur over 12 months to see if the program helps prevent them.
