First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at how pregnancy and preeclampsia (a serious blood pressure condition) change the airway. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure neck structures in 180 women (nonpregnant, healthy pregnant, and those with preeclampsia) before surgery. The goal is to find patterns that could help doctors prepare for safer breathing tube placement during anesthesia.
