First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a four-week AI-powered research training course can improve nursing students' research skills, attitudes toward AI, and readiness to use AI tools. About 104 nursing students will be randomly assigned to either the AI course or usual education. Researchers will measure changes through questionnaires before, right after, and three months later.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
AI-powered research training course
What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that AI training helps nursing students become more confident and skilled in research, potentially improving nursing education.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage educational study, not a treatment trial. Results may not apply to other groups or settings, and the course may not lead to lasting changes.
