AI or doctor? new study tests how much interns trust artificial intelligence in radiology
NCT ID NCT07558746
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026
Summary
This study enrolls 159 intern doctors in Palestine to take a radiology exam. Some get correct AI suggestions, some get incorrect ones, and some get no AI help. By comparing scores, researchers will measure how much the interns rely on AI, even when it is wrong. The goal is to understand AI's influence on medical decision-making, not to treat a disease.
