This study tests whether artificial intelligence (AI) can analyze medical scans (CT, MRI, PET) to predict how well head and neck cancer patients will respond to radiation therapy and whether they will have side effects. The goal is to personalize treatment for better outcomes. About 50 adults with advanced head and neck cancer will participate.
