NCT ID NCT07505459
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-informed peer-mentoring program can help healthy 12- to 25-year-olds eat better and move more to prevent obesity. Participants will be split into three groups: AI-assisted peer mentoring, traditional peer mentoring, or standard health education. Researchers will track diet, physical activity, and fitness over 12 months to see which approach works best.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a scalable, tech-supported way to prevent obesity and heart disease in young people.
What could go wrong
