AI steps into the lab: can computers help doctors spot cancer faster?
NCT ID NCT06827132
Summary
This study is testing whether new computer programs (AI algorithms) can help pathologists diagnose lung and breast cancer more quickly and accurately. Researchers will look back at samples from 600 patients in four countries to see how AI compares to standard lab methods. The goal is to learn if these digital tools can improve cancer diagnosis, especially in areas with fewer medical specialists.
