Summary
This study tested an AI-based system called X-Life that gives personalized lifestyle advice to adults with type 2 diabetes. 124 participants used the system along with glucose monitors and activity trackers to see if it improved their blood sugar control compared to standard care. The main goal was to increase the time their blood sugar stayed in a healthy range.
