Summary

This study tests whether a special AI program (ChatGPT-5) can help doctors in the intensive care unit (ICU) make better decisions. About 1000 critically ill adults will be randomly assigned to either standard care or care where doctors receive AI-generated suggestions. The main goal is to see if the AI reduces medical errors, such as missed diagnoses or incorrect treatments.
