AI heart check for chemo patients: a new screening hope
NCT ID NCT05201014
Summary
This study aims to find better ways to check for heart damage in adults who have finished chemotherapy for cancer. Researchers are testing if a simple AI analysis of a heart tracing (ECG) or a blood test can reliably detect a weakened heart pump. The goal is to gather data to plan a future nationwide screening program for long-term monitoring of cancer survivors.
