Summary
This study aims to create an AI system that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) body type data with modern technology to give personalized health advice. Researchers will enroll 195 adults who have all three conditions: high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol. The goal is to see if the AI system can help people stick to their health plans and improve their well-being.
