Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can guide fluid delivery during major cancer surgery to prevent low blood pressure. About 176 adults having long abdominal cancer surgery will either receive AI-guided fluid management or standard care. The goal is to see if the AI approach reduces complications and speeds up recovery.
