AI to the rescue: smarter fluids for safer cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests whether using artificial intelligence to guide IV fluids during major cancer surgery can prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure. About 176 adults having long cancer surgeries will either get AI-guided fluid management or standard care. The goal is to see if the AI approach leads to fewer complications and faster recovery.
