First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests an artificial intelligence system that analyzes contrast-enhanced CT scans to help doctors decide the best next step for people with suspected pancreatic diseases. The AI will classify patients into three groups: immediate treatment, close monitoring, or routine follow-up. Researchers will compare the AI's recommendations to those of experienced doctors to see if it can improve accuracy and reduce unnecessary surgeries.
