Summary

This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool could help doctors find cardiac amyloidosis, a rare and serious heart condition, earlier. Over 20,000 patients were involved, and doctors were randomly assigned to use the AI-enhanced ECG or standard care. The goal was to see if the AI tool leads to more and earlier diagnoses.
