Summary

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system can help choose the best combination of drugs for older patients newly diagnosed with large B-cell lymphoma. Participants are first treated with a standard two-drug regimen (ZR2), then those at intermediate or high risk are randomly assigned to either continue ZR2 or switch to an AI-recommended regimen that may include up to five different drugs. The goal is to see if the AI-guided strategy improves how long patients live without their cancer progressing.
