Summary
This study tests whether an AI coach that gives personalized encouragement during indoor cycling can help people ride harder. 120 recreationally active adults aged 18-40 will do a 20-minute time trial on a stationary bike. Some will get AI-powered affirmations, some will get fixed messages, and some will get no coaching. The goal is to see if the AI coaching leads to higher average power output.
