This study aimed to see if a sublingual film of dexmedetomidine (BXCL501) could quickly reduce agitation in adults with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia visiting the emergency department. It was a single-arm pilot study, but it was withdrawn before enrolling any participants. No results are available.
