Summary

This study looks at whether a special training program using a reaction system can improve thinking, walking, and balance in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). About 40 adults with MS, ages 18-55, who can walk without major help will take part. The training combines physical agility exercises with cognitive tasks to boost reaction time and coordination. The goal is to ease symptoms and improve quality of life, not to cure the disease.
