New hope for tough prostate cancer: Two-Drug attack after chemo

Summary
This study tests a two-step treatment for men with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has spread. First, patients get chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug. Then, they take a maintenance pill (niraparib) either alone or with more immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can keep the cancer under control longer. About 120 men will take part.
