Summary

This study tests a special balloon coated with a drug to treat heart arteries that have narrowed again after a stent was placed. About 600 adults with this condition will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug-coated balloon or a standard balloon procedure. The goal is to see if the new balloon is safer and more effective at keeping the artery open and preventing future heart problems.
