Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called AGA2118 can improve bone mineral density in postmenopausal women with low bone mass. Over 12 months, researchers will compare different doses of AGA2118 against a placebo to see which is most effective and safe. The goal is to find a treatment that helps control bone loss and potentially reduce fracture risk.
