Summary
This study tested a drug called aficamten in 40 Chinese patients with a type of heart disease where the heart muscle is too thick and blocks blood flow. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and helps the heart work better over time. Patients who had already been in a similar study took the drug and were monitored for side effects and heart function.
