Summary

This study looked at the long-term safety of a drug called aficamten in 40 Chinese patients with a heart condition that makes the heart muscle too thick and blocks blood flow. Patients who had already been in a previous study took aficamten for up to several months. The main goal was to see how many had side effects, especially drops in heart pumping strength. The study also checked if the drug helped reduce the blockage in the heart.
