Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week aerobic exercise program (done on non-dialysis days) can lower serum uric acid levels, improve walking ability, and boost quality of life in 32 adults aged 40-60 who are on hemodialysis. Half will exercise 3 times a week; the other half will receive only standard care. The goal is to find a safe, accessible way to reduce heart and joint risks common in dialysis patients.
