Summary

This study looked at whether 8 weeks of aerobic exercise can improve movement and daily function in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). 30 adults with MS were randomly placed into an exercise group or a control group. The exercise group showed significant improvements in walking distance, hand dexterity, and mobility compared to the control group. The goal was to ease symptoms and improve quality of life, not to cure the disease.
