This study looks at how different types of aerobic exercise affect blood vessel health in people with ischemic heart disease (such as after a heart attack or angina). Researchers will compare high-intensity interval training with short bursts, long bursts, and moderate-intensity training. 132 men and women aged 45-75 will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks to see which method works best.
