New MRI technique could predict kidney cancer outcomes before surgery

Summary

This study tests whether advanced MRI scans can predict the type of kidney cancer and how well the kidney will work after surgery. About 39 adults scheduled for partial kidney removal will have special MRI scans before their operation. The goal is to see if these scans can help doctors plan better care without needing extra procedures.
