NCT ID NCT02108028
Summary
This study tested whether a document called 'Voicing My CHOiCES' helps young adults with cancer or other serious illnesses plan for their future care. Researchers wanted to see if using the document reduced anxiety, improved communication with loved ones, and increased acceptance of their illness. About 270 participants reviewed the guide and shared their preferences, with researchers checking in a month later to see if it helped.
