Scientists test Triple-Drug cocktails in fight against advanced cancer

NCT ID NCT01187199

Summary

This early-stage trial aims to find the safest and most effective doses of new drug combinations for people with advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. Researchers are testing two core drugs (bevacizumab and temsirolimus) paired with one of three other cancer drugs. The main goal is to determine the highest dose patients can tolerate without severe side effects, while also checking if the combinations help control the cancer.
