Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, ADU-1805, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is given alone or with another cancer drug (pembrolizumab). The main goals are to check safety and how the body processes the drug. About 130 adults will take part.
