Summary
This study looks at 400 adults without known heart or liver disease to understand how fat around the heart and belly is linked to early signs of heart disease, diabetes, and fatty liver. Participants will have non-invasive tests like ultrasound and blood work. The goal is to find simple markers that could predict these conditions before they develop.
