Summary
This study looked at whether adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are more likely to relapse into drinking after completing a detox program. Researchers followed 113 people for 12 weeks after detox, using both a screening questionnaire and a more thorough diagnostic interview to identify ADHD. The goal was to better understand how ADHD might impact recovery and to improve screening tools for this group.
